Eisenstein Legal was founded by attorney Samuel Eisenstein, a third-generation lawyer, who has devoted his career to representing property owners in first-party property damage claims. With extensive experience handling hundreds of cases, Mr. Eisenstein built the firm on a foundation of strong advocacy, client-focused service, and a proven ability to maximize recoveries for both residential and commercial property owners.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Eisenstein moved to Orlando to attend Barry University School of Law. After earning his law degree, he chose to make Orlando his permanent home, drawn to the community and the opportunity to stand up for property owners across Florida.
Before establishing Eisenstein Legal, Mr. Eisenstein worked for a large nationwide firm on the insurance company side, where he defended first-party property claims. That experience gave him valuable insight into how insurance carriers approach and evaluate claims, knowledge he now uses to fight more effectively for homeowners and business owners.
